Cocoon V.2 is a trio of handmade lamps inspired by natural cycles, seasons and the transient nature of light. Designed to warm, welcome and envelop using sustainably sourced local materials. Looking to nature for inspiration and guidance allowed me to utilise techniques used by animals for shelter and hibernation. Cocoon V.2 is a development and refinement of an earlier project, Cocoon V.1.
